Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied or do not need the product, you can return or exchange according to the policy of the establishment.

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 3 days of receiving the product within the following:

Provide the customer's invoice or a copy.
Retrieval of the product in its original condition while ensuring that the product is in the outer shell in its original condition.
Delivery or installation fees are deducted in case of return or exchange.

The following are excluded from replacement and return:
- Bathroom or shower chairs.
- Pillows and mattresses.
- Oxygen concentrators and nebulizers in case the outer shell is opened.
- Customer's special orders, whether customized or special order that has been approved in advance.
